Using our Shop
Shopping online is very easy. Use the Resource links on the right of each page in the Resource Centre to browse the products. Some types of product have more than one page. You can then use the 'Find out more...' button for each product to see more about the product. When you want to buy a product, click on the 'Add to Basket' button.
Each time you 'Add to Basket' you will be taken to your shopping basket page which shows the products you have ordered and the price. You can see your basket at anytime when you are in the store by clicking on the 'View Basket' link to the right of the page. This link only appears when you have items in your basket.
You can remove an item (click 'Delete Item'), or change the quantity ordered (enter a new number inside the box by the price, and then click 'Update Basket' at the bottom of the page). When you have all the products you wish to order in your basket, click 'Checkout'.
Checkout
Checkout is performed in three steps:
Step 1 allows you to enter your personal details or to log-in to the store if have already registered with us. Click 'Submit' at the end of this page when you have entered your personal details. Use this step to enter a shipping address if it is different from your billing address. Please make sure that your billing address is correct.
Step 2 adds your shipping costs. Check the details then click 'Continue'.
Step 3 confirms your order and payment details. You can enter a name of the recipient of the order. When you are sure all the details are correct click 'Submit Order'.
You will then be taken to the WorldPay Payment Gateway, where you can enter your credit card details in a secure and safe manner. Once you have paid by credit card, you will be directed back to our website and we will show you your invoice, which you can print. We will also e-mail you a copy of your order details.
